Card/Terminal Details – EM PIP

This is an overview of the Card/Terminal details page.

 

This page is split into different sections detailed below:

SIM Card/Terminal details

  • ICCIDICCID  number of the SIM
  • The product the SIM is assigned to e.g. EchoStar Advantage, Momentum or VSAT Failover
  • Name given to the card – This is a free text field
  • Status of this SIM – Active, Non Active, Deactivated, Suspended
  • Customer – The EM customer who owns the SIM card
  • Email Alert  – Email address used for alerting someone about activity specific to the card.

Active Subscription 

Monitor and Alerts 

  • Lists any monitors or alerts set up against the SIM/Subscription. This section can be expanded by clicking on details link.

Subscription History 

  • Provides details of current and previous subscriptions the card has been activated against including start and end dates.

Usage (info provided by CDRs)

  • Last Session Start – The start time of the most recent call/data session.
  • Last Session End – The end time of the most recent session. If the session is still open, it will indicate this here
  • Last Session Type – Will indicate it this was a voice call, background data call or streaming call.

Technical Details

  • IMSI Number of the SIM card
  • IMEI – This is a free text field and can be used to keep track of equipment.
  • Latest Provisioning Action – Provides a link to the last provisioning task completed for this SIM
  • PIN & PUK codes
  • PUK Authority, Serial Number, Terminal Type, Firmware Version, APN, Other PoP IPs, Customer Notes & Biller Notes are all free text fields.
  • User Profile IP addresses  – Provides details of the user profile/s assigned to the SIM. If user profile is shown in Bold font, this indicates that profile is set as the default profile for the SIM. Each SIM may only have 1 default profile, however it is possible to create multiple Non Default profiles per SIM.

Service Configuration (Info directly from the EM network)

  • MSISDN Number – mobile voice number for the SIM card
  • Voice Enabled – Indicates if voice service is enabled for this SIM
  • APN – Indicates what APNs have been provisioned against the SIM.
