The Edge Pro Management screen consists of a number of widgets displaying terminal details, messages, and GPS reports.
Mailbox: This is a virtual mailbox created by Digital Skies, the mailbox is not an integrated part of the Iridium service. In IBIS, the mailbox holds the terminal IDs that are visible to the customer.
Other status details: These come from the Iridium Edge Pro terminal and can be requested from IBIS
GPS report: The GPS details are included as part of the getinfo command
Return and forward messages: Messages sent and received by this terminal. Clicking the message ID will bring up the message details. Please note that this only applies to terminal control messages, not to payload messages.
The actions available for the terminal are:
- Show on map: shows the terminal on the map in IBIS
- Get metrics: retrieves the
- Reboot terminal: sends a command to the terminal to reboot
- Get device information: retrieves the
- Get device status: retrieves
- Get device health: retrieves battery percentage
