IDP management is built in IBIS to allow the management and control of IDP services running via the Inmarsat IDP portal. Users can manage services at a mailbox or terminal level.
IDP management functionality is split into:
General:
- Real time access to all active IDP terminals on one screen
- View sent and receive messages
- terminal assignment
Support:
- Manage devices remotely
- Send (Bulk) commands
- Track terminals
*Support functions require an RTM license before they are available. Please contact your account manager or email salessupport@g1sat.com with any inquiries.

Or via [IDP Management] in the bottom left of the SIM/Terminal details page in IBIS.
Navigation
Users can customise pages and control terminals via the control buttons found in the top right of the page or widget.
Hamburger menu: Customise reports and widgets, change the page layout or hide and display page settings and filters.
Action menu: Send terminals commands or interact with the mailbox.
Refresh button: Update the widget with the latest available information.
