For generic information how to set up a SBD price plan, please refer to Create price plan. Specific pricing rules for SBD, like Registration and Mailbox check can be created when the service types are enabled in the Billing Services reference table. Please contact DS support, via a support ticket if the service type is not visible in the pricing rule set up.
IBIS default setting for Service Suspend is suspend service (traffic stops) and subscription fee continues to be charged. If the biller would like to make use of Suspend Subscription and add a suspend fee to a price plan, please contact DS support via a billing support ticket.
Iridium provides hourly CDRs, when the IBIS platform is set up to collect these CDRs from Iridium via ftp, monitoring of SBD traffic usage is possible in IBIS. For information of set up and use of monitors, see https://digitalskies.info/traffic-monitoring/
