CDRs – export via SFTP

IBIS provides the possibility for a customer to retrieve CDRs via SFTP. For reference to CDR format and details please see CDRs export – format

To set this up the following steps need to be completed:

1. In Customer billing details select CDR export format IBIS 1.0

 

 

Then select the export frequency

 

2. Create Billing Admin support ticket with  Request to set up Customer CDR export feed

Include in the ticket:

• Customer ID
• Customer email address to where the SFTP credentials can be sent
