The RTM user interface was refreshed in 2021, providing an improved user interface, enhanced functionality and being mobile-friendly.

Existing and additional features are available in a customizable interface to manage your terminals.
Key feature updates include:
- Widget based interface, hide, show and reposition widgets as required
- An overview of all your terminals in Dashboard
- Proactively monitor terminals for failed sessions
- Improved map views
Legacy Interface
A few customers still use the legacy version of RTM. These customers should contact their account manager to arrange an upgrade to the new version to take advantage of the improved user interface and new features. New features developed since 2021 are only available in the new version of RTM.
