Go to the top level menu item [installed base] and select [devices]
On the bottom of the screen, select [new card/terminal]
Fill out the following items, ICCID, Product & Provisioning account are mandatory. The other fields are not but are recommended.
Press [save] on the bottom of the page to add the SIM card to the installed base with the details provided.
