Inmarsat requires each FBB and Fleet One SIM card to be activated against a vessel, which requires registration at Inmarsat. Vessel registration in Viasat/Inmarsat SDP can be provisioned through IBIS.

Vessel management is found under the [Provisioning] menu, scroll down to [Inmarsat L-Band] and [Vessels]
This screen shows the registered vessels for the DP
Click on the vessel name to view the details and identify any SIM cards activated against the Vessel
Or look at the service configuration in the SIM card details screen where you can see the Vessel the SIM is registered against.
View a customer’s associated vessels on the [Customer details] page under Installed base
