As part of the provisioning process, IBIS can send out an email notification at the end of provisioning, indicating whether the provisioning succeeded or failed. This functionality has to be configured before it is available.
This configuration is available in the [Tools] [Settings] menu:

If Send Provisioning Notification is enabled in the customer details page, the customer will receive the email informing on provisioning orders as well.
A dedicated email address can be entered to receive either notifications of all provisioning tasks or for failed tasks only:
In below example an email address is entered to receive all provisioning notifications.
