Iridium Certus (prepay) scratch cards are activated in SPNet.
CDRs for this prepay usage with destination 2888 (Cobham) or 9888 (Thales) will come through zero rated in IBIS, destination network GoChat. These destination networks are set up in the IBIS platform and any CDR coming through with these destinations will be automatically rated at zero.
