The [Devices] page shows all EchoStar Mobile SIM cards, regardless of status. For a general overview of the device screen, please refer to the generic device management page.
Whereas some elements of SIM card management are the same for all airtime types, there are some differences.
For EchoStar the key differences are:
- The MSISDN (mobile number) is part of the SIM card static details and can’t be selected or changed during provisioning
- The product of the SIM card (Momentum or Advantage) can be changed by the DP, as long as the SIM card is not activated
- For the time being, activation consists of two steps: in IBIS and in the EM PIP
