Starlink kits set up in the Starlink portal can be imported into IBIS. To import kits into IBIS, navigate to:
Provisioning –> Starlink –> Import Kits
Starlink identifiers are populated as follows (these can be seen in the Card / Terminal Details screen):
- The Kit ID is used as the unique identifier in IBIS and is populated into the ICCID field.
- The Terminal ID is populated into the IMSI field.
- The Dish Serial Number is populated into the IMEI field.
After kits are imported from the Starlink portal, additional information will need to be added before the kit can be activated in IBIS. Please refer to the Starlink Provisioning page.
