In case of a billing error or when a provisioning action didn’t create a subscription, SIM card status shows Activated (No Subscription).
To add a subscription to a provisioned SIM card go to menu Billing > Bulk Activation:
In the Card Activation screen select the correct Price Plan, make sure the Provision to satellite operator is disabled and select Start Billing only:
