RTM IDP – IDP Management – Billing – Mailboxes

Mailboxes can be managed from the [Mailboxes] screen in IDP Management.

 

The mailbox overview screen shows all the mailboxes that can be managed by the current user.

Click the [Mailbox ID] to open the mailbox.

Mailbox

Users can view and edit the mailbox description, upload MDF files in the supported .xml or .idpmsg format or delete the MDF file from the mailbox.

 

The [Customers] widget lists all IBIS customers that can access the current mailbox.

 

The [Terminals] widget displays the terminals currently provisioned against the mailbox.

 

Click [Add Terminals] to assign terminals to the mailbox.

 

The [Status details] widget displays mailbox information retrieved from Inmarsat.

The [Reset Password] button allows users to request a new mailbox password.

Important – Always reset the Mailbox password in IDP Management. Passwords reset directly in the Inmarsat IDP Portal will not synchronize with IBIS and the mailbox will be inaccessible from IDP Management.

Users can also reset the mailbox password in the [Action menu].
