There is no page that lists the Iridium Edge Pro mailboxes in IBIS, as mailboxes do not form part of the Iridium Edge Pro product. In IBIS, virtual mailboxes are created to store the messages belonging to a terminal, and to determine the access level to the terminals and messages.
By default, one virtual mailbox will be created per customer. If it is required to separate access further, for example for sub-customers, additional mailboxes may be created by Digital Skies. This can be requested via a support ticket.
When new Iridium Edge Pro terminals are purchased by a customer, they will be manually added to the mailbox by Digital Skies. This will be done as part of the Iridium Edge Pro hardware order.
For every terminal, in the terminal overview the mailbox associated with it is listed.
