Managing customers in IBIS is done from the [Customers] screen. The principles for customer creation and management apply to customers for all airtime types. In case there are any specific customer details that differ per airtime type, this will be covered under that airtime segment.
Clicking on the name of an existing customer will bring up the customer details page.
