As per the first of August 2021, Inmarsat has introduced a mandatory field to the deactivation options. This field is called “Reason” and it is required to populate the field with the reason why a device is deactivated.
All options are available in the drop-down menu. It is not possible to list a reason other than what is included in the drop-down menu.
