Iridium Edge Pro management is built in IBIS to allow the management and control of SBD terminals. Users can manage services at the terminal level. Please note that there is no mailbox structure provided by Iridium.
Iridium Edge Pro management functionality is split into:
General:
- Real time access to all active SBD terminals on one screen
- View sent and received messages (terminal control message content only)
Support:
- Manage devices remotely
- Send (Bulk) commands
- Track terminals

Access SBD management via [Provisioning] > [Iridium Edge]
Navigation
Users can customise pages and control terminals via the control buttons found in the top right of the page or widget.
Hamburger menu: Customise reports and widgets, change the page layout or hide and display page settings and filters.
Action menu: Send terminals commands or interact with the mailbox.
Refresh button: Update the widget with the latest available information.
