Access to ISIP functionality is based on User Roles. Please note that any user in the hierarchy only has access to their own customer level and the levels below, not to the levels above. An Inmarsat Solutions user has access to the data of all Inmarsat Solution SPs. An Inmarsat Solutions SP only has access to their own SP level, and any customers they may create underneath.

There are different user roles for ISIP, divided into two categories:
Inmarsat Solutions
- Administrator
- Billing Admin
- Customer Support
- DS Support
- Read Only
Service Providers
Service Providers are allowed to perform certain tasks themselves, there are three roles available for this:
- SP Admin
- SP Billing
- SP Technical
