It is possible to change plans after activation, however this is subject to the iVent terms and conditions.
Upgrade: Can only be done from the first of the month, but can be done in the current month. If this is the case, the current subscription will be replaced with the new subscription as of the first of the current month. The subscription and allowance will both be updated to reflect the upgrade. An upgrade may also be scheduled for the first day of a future month
Downgrade: Can only be done from the first day of a future month
In order to upgrade or downgrade a to a different price plan, go to the SIM card details screen and then click the [Change Price Plan] button.

A new screen will open, similar to the provisioning screen, where a new plan can be selected. If a date is selected that is not allowed, a warning message will appear on the screen, then the date can be adjusted accordingly. Then the screens to check if the details are correct appear, and you can complete the order.
